In order to provide secure and reliable technical services to customers, feat Inc. (hereinafter called “feat”) sets rules on all information provided by customers (hereinafter referred to “Personal Information”).

- feat complies with Private Information Protect Law, the provisions of Telecommunications Business Act related to Privacy of Communication, and applicable laws & regulations.
- feat complies with the guidelines (2004.8.31 MIC Notification No. 695) on Private Information Protection in Telecommunication Business.
- feat manages all personal information properly.
- All employees at feat protect personal information to fulfill customers’ expectations.
- feat establishes measures as necessary to prevent leakage, loss or destruction of, or safeguard of, personal information and implement such measures strictly.

Personal information is collected by receiving orders or inquires from customers.
The collected data will only be used for business purposes related to technical project at feat such as business transaction and technical management.
- Disclosure of Personal information
If there is a request for disclosure and correction of the personal information, upon confirmation that such request is made by the customer himself/herself, we will promptly take such measures for disclosure and correction
- Provision and Usage of Personal Information
Personal information will be collected as necessary to provide our services and use and provide within a scope of the purposes.
- Disclosure of Personal Information to a third party
feat does not provide personal information to third party under prior consent of the individual unless one of the following applies:
- Such provision is required by code of criminal procedure article 218 (seizure, search and inspection with warrant).
- In case the conditions of the Limitation of Liability for Damages of Specified Telecommunications Service Providers and the Right to Demand Disclosure of Identification Information of the Senders(article 4) is satisfied.
- Cases in which the handling of personal information is specially necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children and in which it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person.
- Where the provision is required to protect the life, person, or property of an individual.
